Andean peppermint (Minthostachys mollis
) essential oil is known as the mint of the Incas. It has been used to control various types of respiratory problems that decongest the respiratory system. Native Peruvians have also used it to heal fractures and dislocations. Andean peppermint essential oil is extracted from a shrub with small leaves and multiple branches, highly prized for its medicinal and aromatic values.

RECOMMENDATION AND SUGGESTED USAGE
- To relieve digestion: 1 drop after meals
To alleviate respiratory problems: 1-2 drops and massage.
Sinusitis: massage the sides of the nose, cheekbones, and around the ears.
Keep in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 86 °F (30 °C).
Protect from light.
- Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membrane.
This product has no contraindications; in the literature, we have not found reports on contraindications of its components or possible interactions with other medications. However, they remain clinical studies at different doses and at different times of treatment to assert their safety, but their safe use is established by traditional use for hundreds of years by Amazonian tribes.
