Chullpi corn grows in the Peruvian Andes at altitudes between 2400 and 3400 meters above sea level. Compared to other corn, it has a high sugar content. It is the most precious corn for frying and roasting. Kuski chullpi corn comes from the inter-Andean valleys of Cusco, where the breed is found in its purest form, cultivated by families of small farmers. It is selected, dehydrated and packaged in our plant in Cusco.
