I always thought how can I use cacao butter that has such a rich aroma and many properties and I found a recipe for Brownies with 100% natural and pure cacao butter and chocolate.
INGREDIENTS FOR UP TO 8-9 BROWNIES:
80 gr of CACAO PASTE 100%
50 gr of COCOA POWDER
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup of apple, strawberry, nuts or CACAO NIBS with YACON
4 tablespoons CACAO BUTTER
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
We sift the flour with the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt. We booked.
Melt the cacao paste together with the cocoa butter in a bain-marie. Taste the flavor of the hot chocolate, in case it lacks sweeter, add brown sugar, panela, or stevia to taste.
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla essence to form a cream. Mix with the melted chocolate.
Mix well with the flour mixture.
Add to the dough cut fruits or nuts.
Pour the mixture into the greased molds.
Bake at a temperature of at 180C (350F/Gas Mk 4) for approximately 20 minutes. Cut in then and enjoy with coffee.
