1/4 cup of non-dairy milk
½ cup vegan butter, ghee, or coconut oil
1 1/2 cup flour or ground oats
1 tsp. baking powder
¾ cup of sugar or panela
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup of chocolate chunks
½ cup coconut sugar
1 ½ tbsp. maca powder
½ tsp. of salt
2 tsp. natural vanilla extract
Combine the butter of your choice and the sugar in a bowl.
Mix the non-dairy milk and natural vanilla.
Add the maca powder, salt, baking soda, and flour or ground oats.
Integrate the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate the cookie dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F or 177 ° C.
Scoop out cookie dough with an ice cream scoop.
Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 11-12 minutes.
